Set up: 4v4 + 3 neutral player, with one of them in the endzone. Area - roughly 25 x 12m. or 30 x 15m depending on quality of players
An alternate for larger number of players could be 6v6 + 3 neutral players - Area for this could roughly be 40 x 20m.
The objective for team in possession is to keep ball and score in the mini goal, or score by stopping ball at the end line (where the goal is).
Defending team objective is to maintain shape, win the ball, and pass to the neutral player to reverse the role of the teams. In the image above, if the whites can get the ball to the end zone neutral player, they will now be the attacking team.
Neutral players are encouraged to move up and down their line to create angles to receive ball. Both teams can play the wide neutral players
Emphasis on pressing when possession is lost, with intensity and smart closing down. Swap wide neutral players after 3 or so minutes
